PHP/MySQL Developer

A business partner and I are creating a demo-site for our online mapping platform and are seeking a freelance web programmer to develop it.

The freelance programmer will have at least five years of experience with web development/design and experience with computer animation applications (e.g. Flash) and content management systems development. As the demo-site is expected to showcase the platform¢s usability, expertise in user interface design is greatly preferred. Furthermore, the programmer will have high proficiency with database design: although the demo-site will have a limited amount of content and functionality, it intends to be the underlying framework for the eventual fully-functional site.

The programmer can determine his/her own hours, but the project is  highly time-sensitive. Also, satisfactory and timely completion of this assignment may lead to a full-time position.
