We are a Boston-based startup looking for an experienced, top-notch Web developer to join our Technology group. For the next several months this will be an off-hours, part-time equity gig, while we crank along in stealth-mode towards our Phase 1 launch. Later this year we hope to bring you on full-time with a very competitive salary, along with a generous equity package. Who we are:
We are each leaders in the Internet space, specializing in Web 2.0 applications, media-sharing, and search. We have day jobs at top Internet firms, but have found the next big movement, and are busy making it a reality.
Who you are:
You are a smart, experienced developer, whos already taken a few trips around the Internet block. This time around you want to get in early, make your mark, and be one of the core guys. You like working fast and lean with an amazing team of developers, bouncing ideas off one-another, then working independently to code our shared vision.
What you know:
* Object-Oriented Web programming (PHP 5, Python, Perl, or Ruby)
* Apache (mod rewrite, .htaccess, virtual hosts)
* MySQL
* XML and XSLT
* Javascript (OO, DOM, browser compatibility)
* AJAX
* Web services
* Adsense
