Digitas' New York and Connecticut offices are looking to fill the
following positions:

Technology Manager:
As a Technology Manager for Digitas you'll be heading up a highly
dynamic technical team that will be charged with building some of the
most innovative internet based solutions for Digitas' fortune 500
clients. Although leading the technical portion of the project you will
have near daily contact with a fully integrated team of designers, user
interface specialists and client representatives. Your role will be to
shepherd the project from pitch through build and quality assurances
phases and ultimately to launch.

Job Experience
*	3-5 years of web programming or comparable experience
*	3+ years experience managing technical and/or operational teams
*	Proven track record as a technical team leader
*	Extensive experience leading the development of data driven web
based applications

Java, Javascript, JSP, SQL, Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP),
servlets, JDBC, UNIX


Principle Software Engineer:
As a Principle Software Engineer for Digitas you'll be expected to
perform a leadership role within an interdisciplinary team that creates
world class data driven internet based solutions. Primarily responsible
for the success of all technical and functional aspects of a given
project, you'll be the technical lead from project inception though the
design and technical approach phases, implementation, quality assurance
and ultimately launch and maintenance. 

Job Experience
*	5 to 10 years of web programming and architecture experience
*	Proven track record as a technical team leader
*	Extensive experience with the design and development of data
driven web based applications
Skill keywords
Java, Javascript, XML, servlets, JSP, SQL, HTML, CSS, UNIX, Sun
Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), OOP
