Oh and if you can't get a grasp of the web interface, just email 
"jobs-unsubscribe at lists.nyphp.org"

I configure all my mailing lists to insert a footer with unsubscribe 
info like

"To unsubscribe from this list, email jobs-unsubscribe at lists.nyphp.org"

People do still post "how do I unsubscribe" emails, but much fewer.
