[nycphp-jobs] PHP Developer - NYC - Schematic

A large percentage of the jobs posted at least over the past 6 months 
or so, seem to be posted by recruiters with a supposed "full time" 
position such as the below.  It amounts to, effectively, a resume-
collecting scheme as you suggested, since the person below, who 
is "world class with PHP 5" and also an experienced unix admin and DBA, 
clearly does not exist.
