NPower (www.npower.org<http://www.npower.org>) is a nonprofit technology organization serving other nonprofit organizations. We are in need of a skilled PHP programmer on a paid, subcontractor basis to perform a code audit and potentially partner for future development/

The audit is of a custom built community site for a national nonprofit who places college students in local highschools to teach health education courses. The community site handles recruitment, scheduling, reports, etc. Though the site meets functional requirements, the performance has been unsatisfactory and we are looking for a code audit to help identify weaknesses. This project may also lead to a major upgrade and rebuild project in the future.
