Hello all,

We're looking for an individual who can work with us on a consulting and/or FT role to help plan, design, develop and improve upon a popularity algorithm, that analyzes twitter links in real-time and ranks them on a variety of metrics including social chatter (Retweets/FB likes), views, flags, votes, etc.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of statistically driven popularity algorithms (reddit, digg, delicious) and how they are achieved i.e. Wilson confidence interval, Bayesian average. If you have an idea of where I should be looking for this individual that would be great help!
