Joyce, please limit to PHP related postings.

In general for everyone:

-- do not post the same job more than once.

-- job postings should mention specifically the skillsets required, one of
which should be PHP obviously (or at least front-end web development).

-- job postings should be specific and include a full job description; do
not blast us with a listing of possible "jobs"

We want to keep this list a useful resource for everyone; and that means
keeping traffic to a minimum and keeping it concise and non-spammy.
