The easiest way would be to add this to the top of includes/mambo.php,
but note that you will have to do this for every update to Mambo.

I'll approach the maintenance team and see if it makes sense to add
that as a configuration variable (so you can just edit it with the
Global Configuration screen or manually in configuration.php).
