NYCPHP Meetup

I don't want to draw away any momentum from the lunchtime Joomla SIG, 
but for some of us who don't work in the city, it would be more 
convenient to have the meeting later on after work hours. A Joomla table 
a TGI Fridays after the PHP meeting would be a great place for informal 
discussions.
