[joomla] disable template caching?

It didn't happen when I changed templates.  It's that %^&* Yootheme.  They don't provide documentation.  They don't know the answer either.  I even have css/js compression turned off in the template parameters.

What is the environment? Does the websever have caching? Did you recently update the server? Do other sites have the same issue?
