Hi there. I am new to the list, and was wondering if anyone here can help me
decide on a solution for implementation of multi-site functionality across
domains for joomla.

We are running 10+ related websites on separate domains, and would like to
be able to reuse/share/synchronize and manage content items and more across
domains.  

We were looking into the SYNK extension:

 as well as jentla:
 http://jentla.com/
