[joomla] Including an external HTML file in an Article

Perfect! Thank you, Helvécio, that did what I needed! I somehow didn't
see it in the JED when I looked.
I'll need to tweak the HTML a bit since it wants to override the CSS in
Joomla, but I think I can get around that. :-)
