Too true, but I was under the impression that all of the modern
browsers had come up to speed on HTML 4.01. Unless demanded by a
client, I've pretty much given up on trying to get any real
functionality out of older browsers and will generally settle for
"degrade gracefully". At least on the delivery side. On the editing
side, you can usually dictate browser platform.

Don't know. I don't think it should really be a surprise that old
browsers don't have the same capabilities as newer ones... :)
