[nycphp-talk] Problem with xml_parse_into_struct

Well I found a way around that problem, but changing the XML structure to be
valid XML was way too problematic considering:
1) the volume of XML files to change
2) the fact that other programs (Java, TCL, ASP) use those very same XML
files alongside PHP.
Messy, ain't it?
