Hm, I see where you're coming from. If I were you I'd go higher up. Sure,
the tech guy wants money for untarring a file, but his boss, or his bosses
boss, or a relationship manager, or a sales person, or SOMEONE should
realize the value of good customer service, or the value of repeat business.
I would be nice and civil on the phone when you call, and ask to talk to
someone else. There's got to be SOMEONE over there who can help.
