Hi Folks:
Chris Hubbard passed my question onto a friend who says:
Actually, you can't have double quotes in an object name in Oracle. This
is from the SQL Reference Manual:
Quoted identifiers can contain any characters and punctuations marks as
well as spaces. However, neither quoted nor nonquoted identifiers can
contain double quotation marks.
