It is thehostingcompany.us.  I use them and have been very satisfied.  It 
is not affiliated in any way with NYPHP, but some of the key members of 
NYPHP are affiliated with it (I am not one of them, in case anybody might 
by some wild stretch of the imagination consider me a key member of NYPHP).
