BASICS:
apache 1.3.27, PHP 4.0.6, IBM server


How does one enables gd on Unix?

I do know that on WIN2K-pro one needs to uncomment the extensions for gd in
php.ini...but in Unix I dont see any listings (gd_php.so, etc)...how can I
find it (so I could tell the admin)... any suggestions?  

Here is what I have from the php_info()
