This whole discussion turned out pretty funny for me, as I never have
dreamed of using empty actions... And I've been around the net for a
while.

I was getting all ready to say that Safari doesn't like these empty
action attributes, but I just tested it and it's fine. I swear I've seen
brokenness on this, but maybe it was just a bug that got patched.
Which sucks, because I used to use empty actions. Well, back to it I
