NYCPHP Meetup

We are looking for some help cleaning up an install of PEAR::SOAP or some
kind of PHP SOAP client/server for our Apache 1.3.29, PHP 4.3.4, Solaris 2.6
environment.

I have tried many things with no luck and am looking for someone who has
done this before. We have some budget and are willing to pay for the
services. If there is anyone out there who has done this, or knows someone
who has done this. Please contact me ASAP.
