Further when one must finally put their finger right on some ill-conceived
execution plan or even more ghastly finger precisely another responsible
department or a single person, just leave out all personal pronouns -- no
matter how tempting to be more precise, no matter how easy to push closer to
the bone. Don't use any pronouns like "I, Me, You, Us, We, Them". Say: "The
company flagged on commenting code...", "The company can benefit from...",
The company has an issue here that...", "The company can not unwind fast
enough...", "The system in place causes...", "The company can generate a
stalling effect upon..."
"Glasnost, baby."
