You could take a look at Zend Core. That will give you a PHP 5.0.5 set up
with the extensions you're looking for on RHEL. It'll detect your
existing Apache (doesn't come with its own) and it doesn't include MySQL.
You can activate mysql, mysqli from the Zend GUI though.
