HI people,

I am trying to read a file using "file" and I am passing the following
string
for the input file parameter:
http://maggie.sdcwa.org/eng/list/client_find_project_list.phtml?proj_name=CATHODICPROTECTION
OF RAMONA PIPELINE PHASE 2&show=1

phpinfo shows:
_GET["proj_name"] CATHODIC
_SERVER["SERVER_PROTOCOL"] PROTECTION OF RAMONA PIPELINE PHASE 2&show=1
HTTP/1.0
Somehow the variables data being passed as an argument are split.

Anyone ran into this before?
