I just made the jump from Windows to MAC and am looking for software
suggestion. Perhaps a suggested software list for the group would be useful.
My questions for a MAC development environment:

1. Use OSX Apache or install new one?
2. Any gotchas with MySQL?
3. I love php/Smarty/MySQL/PEAR chm files of Windows. MAC equivalent?
4. Subversion client suggestions?

I'll probably discover a zillion other programs that I use, but that's a start.

Oh yeah, I need PHP! Suggestions for a compiled MAC PHP binary? Any equivalent
of xampp for the MAC world?

Any other useful MAC software to make a great MAC development platform?
