[nycphp-talk] PHP in production on Microsoft IIs

Anirudh,

    That's the point we're all trying to make, but -- there _are_ situations
in which immediate attention is required, and tedious code translation
simply takes too long for it's environment.
I'm sure he's making the choice appropriate for his situation.
