hi,

im trying to determine if this type of package already exists or if its
worth actually building but on phpMyAdmin what id really like is the ability
itself to create php-based insert forms directly from export ... (View dump
(schema) of table) ... i beleive something like forms-based in access that
already exists but having the ability directly to plug into a php-app.
(complete w/ pull down/multiple select/booleans/etc).

it might be just a case of modifying tbl_dump.php and creating another
export plugin for it.  does a similar package exist?  (mysql -> php form)
