Rick,

Yea i have books on the topic but workign for a startup doesnt give much
time to read lol.

I put in about 12 hours a day then the family wants me, recently i have been
doing 16 hour days because we are close to launch.  One of these days i will
get time ;(

I figure if i can get a job working 8-9 hours that would leave me about 2-3
hours of time i could use for reading every day.
